Principal Gary E. Benner, P. Eng. has spent his entire career working on underground infrastructure as a municipal engineer, a contractor and consulting engineer. It is this broad background that allows him to readily understand how to approach challenging projects and how to resolve the inevitable disputes that arise.
In October 2019, Mr. Benner was one of the first Construction Adjudicators certified by ODACC to rule on disputes on the new Construction Act.
Masoud Sadri, P. Eng. is an Associate with hands-on expertise in shaft construction and leading-edge microtunnelling installations.
Mike MacFarlane, P.Eng. is an Associate with extensive experience with project scheduling, various shaft construction techniques, underground grouting methods, tunnelling and microtunnelling construction. Mike is also experienced in mediation and arbitration. Mike has managed several award winning projects such as the Billy Bishop Airport pedestrian tunnel.
Mariano Paz, P. Eng. is an associate with extensive site experience in shafts and tunnels, including microtunnelling.
Alexandra Libby is an associate with over 30 years of project management experience across a broad spectrum of industries. Alexandra has extensive knowledge in managing project budgeting, timelines and communications to deliver successful projects.
